I began my journey many years ago, working with people within the fitness industry, focusing on the physical aspects by applying "mind" techniques - positive mental attitude, I can do it, etc. After a while it felt as though there was something missing, and it wasn’t until a chance conversation with an old colleague that I realised what I been lacking - the whole Mind, Body, Spirit connection!
This lead me to become a Reiki Master Teacher as well as successfully completing additional courses enabling me to go into full time practice as a Crystal Therapy Practitioner, EIP Practitioner and Massage Therapist. Working with this range of therapies now allows me to complete the Mind, Body, Spirit connection I was initially missing.
Based in Blofield Heath, just outside Norwich, I now offer a range of treatments; specifically tailored to meet each individual clients needs, as well as Reiki Training and Crystal Workshops.
