Welcome friends old and new:
Today we are here together, you and I, in communication. You are reading my words; you are responding to those words; you find the words pleasing or not so pleasing; but for the few moments it takes you to read the words we are together. I point this out to you that you may consider the idea of togetherness and words. I am reaching out to you from a place you know not and a place you know well. In your heart this place I call to you from feels familiar; in your head I am a stranger writing words you are reading..
I speak to you of Home. And I call you Home. Why do I call you Home? I call you Home because it is time for you to realise who you are, and to live and be who you are. You do this when your presence is focused in Home. Home, Heaven, Serenity, Peace, Eternity, Bliss, Union - it matters not what you call that place from which you came. It is time for you to realise your true Home. It is a place filled with Love, and because it is a place filled with Love from which I call to you, you will feel me in your heart for that is the place most sensitive to Love.
You each feel so separate, isolated, alone, seeking something, someone who will truly see you. Seeking being seen and valued and honoured and recognised – loved in fact. You will never find it. At least you will never find it while you seek it, for when you engage in seeking that is a statement of belief in the idea that you do not have it. It is already within you – that which you seek. Seeking outside of you is doomed to failure. Seek within if you seek anywhere. But I have a suggestion to make to you. Stop searching. Simply look within and observe what you see. If you look, truly look at you, with no judgement, you will see beauty and all the love you could imagine held within you. But you are afraid of it. It is so pure, so wonderful, that it could not possibly be you and so you cover it up, pretend it is not there and go about your business, looking, wanting, seeking what is already yours.
And so I reach out to you from the place where you already are but that seems so far away. And I reach out to remind you of your beauty. And I reach out to remind you that you are not alone. You cannot be alone, for I am here reaching out to you. If there are two there cannot be just one. Though there is just One. One experience of Love pretending there are an infinity of experiences of Love. I reach out to remind you that you and I are not separate. Nor are you separate from any other individual anywhere. It just feels that way. But that is the way of barriers and wars. If your neighbour is not you then you will not be hurt by unloving thoughts about this one. If your neighbour is you, looking at life from the other side of your fence, then when you think unloving thoughts you hurt yourself. But your mind is filled with unloving thoughts and the effort of bringing about change is too difficult.
Just let it go.
